Britney (Children's wig), Color 8H
Britney is a pretty, mid-length curly children's wig that can be worn by adults with a petite head. My head has a 20" circumference and Britney fit comfortably. The style is also appropriate for adults, and the hair and cap quality is very nice.
My one concern with this wig is that the wefts seemed thin at the crown. I fixed this by sewing in a few extra wefts. And this may have been because the wig was designed for children.
The color 8H is a nice medium brown, but it's a little ashy for me. I prefer a brown with reddish undertones or highlights and 8H was a little flat for my taste.
Marquis, Color 6H
Marquis is a long, synthetic wig with 100% hand-tied cap and monofilament top. The hair and cap quality are excellent. The density is medium at most, so it looks very natural.
My two complaints with this wig are:
1. As with all synthetic wigs, the hair starts to fray at the ends after a month or two (with daily wear). Considering the price ($300), which is due to the top notch cap construction, it's difficult to justify.
2. I like to cut bangs into my wigs and found this one difficult in that respect. I cut the bangs, but they never wanted to lay right consistently. This could have been my lack of styling prowess - I like my wigs to be pretty effortless after I get them cut.
